Meet Allison Gouaux
After 20 years of agency and in-house communications roles providing leadership in public relations and internal communications, I founded Gouaux Strategic Communications to offer business leaders integrated communications services designed to boost brands both inside and out.
My work centers on solving problems that slow organizations down like disengaged employees, low adoption of new initiatives, and the disconnect that often appears during periods of rapid growth or change. I help leaders translate strategy into messages people understand and act on, so they understand where the organization is going and feel connected to the work ahead. By harmonizing financial growth with a human-centered approach, I deliver results for a business’ bottom line while supporting the people on the front line.
I bring my expertise to organizations of all sizes helping them strengthen culture, improve engagement, navigate change with confidence, and communicate in ways that build trust. If your organization is navigating change, seeking to improve communication with your workforce, or increase engagement in your community where your employees and customers live and work, I’d love to collaborate on a strategy that supports your business goals.
